The Wheel Track
It is pretty impressive to learn that the Wheel Track can transform in no more than two seconds. This can even happen in motion as it switches from circular wheels to triangular ones. The project was developed by the National Robotics Engineering Center at Carnegie Mellon University with funding from the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency. In 2018, it was the winner of the Best of What’s New category at the Popular Science Awards.

Did you ever play cops and robbers with your friends in your youth? If so, you will know what we are talking about. The corner shot describes the technique in which you bend a weapon at the corner of the building to stay safe as you dole out attacks. In reality, soldiers have always used this tactic.
