Saab Globaleye
You are looking at a cool early warning and control platform called GlobalEye. It was made by the Saab defense and security division to perform various roles. With its suite of sensors, mission system, and Erieye ER radar, it is a true asset. This is added to the Bombardier Global 6,000 long-range business jet.
