Neil Young

A phenomenal musician and singer-songwriter from Canada and the United States, Neil Young began his musical career in the 1960s. He later relocated to Los Angeles where he joined Buffalo Springfield together with Richie Furay, Stephen Stills, and many other musicians. Along with being twice inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, he has won numerous Grammy and Juno awards. Many people throughout the world hold Neil Young in high regard for his masterful guitar playing, profound lyrics, and distinctive voice.

Elmore James

Elmore James, a Mississippi-native who also played the blues on guitar and sang, was referred to as the “King of the Slide Guitar.” His voice has even been compared by some to sizzling. James has influenced numerous guitar generations, and his fans often practice day and night to sound like him. Elmore James died in 1963, but his enormous contribution to music was valued and acknowledged, leading to his later induction into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in 1992.
