The young lady on the left seems to be much older than the one on the right and giving directions to a child in kindergarten is much easier than doing it with a little kid. Still, this right here is a win because the child’s little pigtails are adorable, her expression is priceless, AND the photo shows a typical day in child’s life. Her parents can definitely happily share this to anyone.

A Pumpkin Is No Place For A Baby
Do you have any idea what the inside of a pumpkin is like? In case you didn’t know, it is cold and really slimy. No wonder the tiny tot on the right is freaking out. Also, it didn’t help that his little legs seem to be jammed and has nowhere to go and the background in the picture is really dark, which for sure made the confinement seem much more constricted.

If this tiny tot grows up to loathe winter, it’s totally understandable given that he OR she experienced this early on and there’s a photo that proves this moment did happen.

If we might say so, we’re not really crazy about the whole idea of using lights as a prop in baby photo shoots. Just look at the babies in the pictures. One is about to eat the Christmas lights while they are plugged in and turned on (!) and the other one has a look that basically screams, “Mom and dad, one day, I’m going to settle the score with you.” And another thing, this photo shoot seems to have happened at the last minute and without much thought because there are no words to describe the hat that the little one on the right is sporting.

There is no doubt that watermelon is a refreshing and tasty summer treat but it’s not exactly the perfect thing to put your little angels in when taking their photos. Judging by the expression the tiny tot on the right has, he or she clearly is not happy with being placed in watermelon rind that is too small and well, sticky. This baby probably knows a bath would follow soon after because of the mess, which is something the little one is not looking forward to. Mom and dad, it would be better if you leave it to the professionals next time if babies and fruit are involved.

Is a perfect Christmas / Holiday photo really worth risking a baby’s safety by surrounding the little bundle of joy with some glass balls that could shatter? Also, shouldn’t planning for photo shoots include creating a vision and coming up with realistic expectations, not just of the outcome but also of what the model can do? If you think about it, in order to recreate the picture on the left, the camera angle should be straight on and not above the subject, and the model has to be able to actually lift his or head. Clearly, these were not considered, which resulted in the comedy goldmine on the right.

A baby playing with a colourful cupcake looks fun and cute, until the little angel gets it in his or her eyes. Then, the waterworks begin and before you know it, the photo shoot gets cut short, with no decent photos to show or keep. Word of advice: Keep things simple. Not only do you avoid messes like this, but you also get to keep adorable photos of your little angel forever which you could proudly hang on the walls of your home.

Babies are adorable little bundles of joy but in photo shoots, you can’t really expect them to fully cooperate. The little angel on the left looks like she’s quite happy with the accessory on her head, whereas the one on the right is just not having it. To be fair, both may not have been asked beforehand if they mind the flower on the head look, so the baby on the right deserves to air out her grievances, in her own way. Nevertheless, it is a re-creation fail that is both hilarious and realistic.

Aside from being a choking hazard, those things don’t look very comfortable if you sit on them. That is why for us, it is a mystery how the photographer of the first picture was able to get the tiny tot to sleep in that rather uncomfortable looking candy bowl. Also, we can’t really blame the baby on the right for panicking because who would want to feel like they are sinking in a bowl of quicksand-like candy? Props to the parents, though, for being able to keep the little one upright because the baby’s face sinking lower into the bowl would have been a disaster.

Socks are for feet not the entire body. The little angel on the right clearly understands this because it looks like he or she have just finished kicking like crazy in order to escape the sock prison. In spite of a setup that is less than perfect, the tiny tot in the second picture doesn’t appear mad that mommy and daddy chose to shove him or her into a garment for the foot, which is great. However, we guess parents won’t ever understand that baby photo shoots aren’t easy until they have actually tried having failed photo shoots.

The idea seems simple enough – bespectacled baby sleeps peacefully on some books that are piled. As you may already know by now, nothing is ever simple when it comes to baby photo shoots. Baby on the left will probably become a bibliophile someday, but the little one in the second photo is no bookworm. If there’s one thing to take away from all of this, it’s that never assume what works with others’ babies will also work with yours, especially if reading isn’t your little angel’s favorite pastime.

The concept is effective in the top picture because they were obviously working with a tiny newborn who fits in their hands. The baby seems to know that it won’t end well for him or her if he or she gets dropped by too small hands, and thus the silent, “Help me!” We, however, will take the funny and cute second photo any day.

Actually, it came out pretty hilarious and the tiny tot is not fussing or crying and is perfectly still despite being placed in a box with packing peanuts, so we’re not completely writing this one off and say it is a fail. However, we may have to check if that is a real baby.

This baby photo shoot looks adorable and is timely for the holidays! In case you didn’t notice, the newborn in the top photo is not actually placed inside the stocking and Baby Blake’s apt accessories, such as his mini Santa hat and his miniature candy cane, are all the appropriate size for him. The little one in the bottom picture unfortunately had parents who took ‘Stocking Stuffer’ quite literally and actually placed him or her inside a stocking. The baby is likely crying because his or her legs are cramped!

This photo shoot idea would be perfect if the most recent addition to the family is an angelic girl and she’s got older brothers. The boys’ threat, “Don’t mess with her!” is really cute and shows that this little sister will always have big brothers who look out for her. We’re sure the brothers in the second photo also take care of their baby sister, but in the picture, they don’t look like they are on the same page.

What’s a winter wonderland without snow angels, right? However, even adults need extra protection from the cold when attempting to make snow angels, so the parents of the baby in the top picture did a great job bundling their little one in a snowsuit with extra padding. The parents of the crying cutie pies in the second photo, on the other hand, may not have gotten the memo since the poor babies are in cute outfits which may not be thick enough for the cold. For parents out there, if you want to try doing a photo shoot like this, please make sure your little angels are properly clothed to handle the cold.

This one is all about perspective. Actually, both photos nailed the baby-in-a-mug look and almost all the elements in the pictures are the same, except that baby no.2 might not have had his or her morning cup yet, which explains the crankiness. What’s more, in the hilarious photo on the right, it now looks like the tiny tot is not happy being dipped in a cup of hot beverage! As for the picture on the left, you can say everything is perfect since all the necessary elements are completely in the frame plus there is a cute background AND a cute baby.

The baby girl on the left seems to have had some quite hip photographers who definitely know how to do a great set up for a good photo since the little angel looks happy celebrating her birthday in style. Even though a lot of the elements were copied to a tee, the baby on the right unfortunately wasn’t having any of it. She most likely just wanted to have a piece of cake and nothing else!

On another note, we just love that the adorable baby on the right is so sleepy, he or she actually looks miserable trying to look cute. Sleep is life, people!

If there’s one thing you can be sure of when looking at these photos, it’s that one baby is freaking out over some lights. We can’t really blame the little one, though, since being wrapped in electrical wiring that is attached to lights by your own parents is not exactly fun and could be dangerous. To add to the tiny tot’s misery, mom and dad choose to take pictures instead of letting their crying baby go. Note to parents: Make sure your props don’t freak out your child before starting taking pictures of the little angel.

You know, taking a really great picture of children is hard enough, so we don’t understand why some people would add a balancing act. In the photo on the right, the little girl looks unimpressed, the little boy looks really uncomfortable, and the tiny baby looks like he or she is hanging on for dear life. Though we have to admit – that photo is something we’re willing to put on our wall because it’s just so funny.

Many people would most likely assume that the picture on the left is something that would be quite easy to re-create. Baby number two does not look happy at all, though, probably because his bare tush is rubbing against the cold, wooden floors. We can’t really blame him.

Parents get really excited about sailor costumes. It could be the cute little hat, which usually has a small anchor on it, or something else, but whatever it is, costumes look fantastic if the baby is happy to wear them, or at least has an expression that suggests joy. We’re pretty sure his parents were not aiming for this look when they dressed him up in this special outfit for his photo shoot.

In addition to kisses being delicious, they are also something you really like giving to your baby, but sometimes (others argue that it is oftentimes) reality is quite different from expectation. Maybe you imagined something like the picture on the left, where a baby is sleeping with a large Hershey kiss on her bottom, but what you got was the photo on the right, a crying baby. No matter how much love is surrounding the infant, there’s no stopping her from showing her feelings, which are just probably feelings of hunger and impatience for posing.

We all know babies can’t read, yet there’s something really adorable about watching little ones turn the pages of a comic book or even a small Beatrix Potter book. Despite the fact that both photo shoots are probably taken during or for the holidays, the little one on the right appears to have missed out on the holiday cheer, while the one on the left is bringing joy with his cheerful smile, probably because he had a nap beforehand and the other one did not.

We’re sad because she probably needed a second bath (which she might not like) in order to become clean again and she might not have been feeling well.

For some reason, quite a number of moms are fond of dressing their babies in ballet costumes. Maybe moms have a “mommy sense”, which tells them to put on a tutu and a few hair accessories on their baby girls whenever they see the said items. Actually, we have to admit that we’ll take either of the pictures any day because we feel both are adorable in their own way. As much as we like calm and content babies, we are also really fond of babies with character, which we think the baby on the right has a lot of (as can be seen in the way she is looking straight at someone and sticking her tongue out).

Another thing that a number of new parents enjoy doing is placing their infants in containers to take pictures of them and this time round, the idea is using a glass bowl that has cereal in it. Well, this could be a really cute concept if you find the perfect model baby. You could make it look like the little one simply wandered to the kitchen and just happened to get herself in a large bowl of cereal without spilling a lot. Of course, that is not what’s going to happen because in reality, you would shove your baby into a bowl, then she would get squished inside it and the poor little thing would howl in return.

Babies wearing hats are really irresistible, and it doesn’t matter what type of hat they wear, they will always look cute. What’s more, the cuteness level increases when their hat is slightly too big as well as when you include a holiday theme. Infant number one is the typical Christmas baby – large eyes and big hat. Infant number two, well, we don’t really know what his or her eyes look like because the massive Santa hat is keeping his or her face hidden, which is a shame really.

Isn’t it adorable when children try on the clothing of their parents? Usually, toddlers put on mom’s shoes and run around, but apparently, infants can put them on too. Just look at these photos, which actually almost have the same level of awkwardness in them. It’s obvious that a tiny baby can’t walk by herself, much less wear high heels, so Santa, who isn’t in the shot, naturally helps the infants stand up in the shoes (which in the case of the photo on the left aren’t even upright).

Yet another photo of an infant stuffed inside a stocking. Even though we understand this concept – the tiny infant, quite adorable, fits neatly in a Christmas stocking, which is quite similar to a sleeping bag for babies – and props like these are standard in holiday photos, in reality, things don’t really work as planned always. The little one on the right looks scared, either because he or she is stuffed inside a stocking or he doesn’t really like the pair of enormous puff balls placed on his head. However, he should still get some credit for having the presence of mind to follow directions and hold on to the cute red bow.

Here is another photo of a baby in a pumpkin. Some parents think the concept is hysterical and they really like the idea of a carved pumpkin with leg holes where they can place their baby inside and call him or her a baby pumpkin! While it is a nice thought, some babies don’t really like being placed inside food products. We can’t really blame them since it isn’t particularly nice being stuck inside a gourd that is slimy.

We love photos that show mom and dad kissing their babies because it’s such a beautiful thing, but sometimes, the infant messes things up (in a hilarious way, of course). The picture on the left is a perfect illustration of parents’ love for their newborn as they simultaneously kiss their little one on her cheeks. The parents on the right are practically doing the same but this time, their baby doesn’t really look contented and instead, looks terrified. Even though too much love most likely does not exist, sometimes it’s difficult to be manipulated simply for a photograph.

This is really not safe, plus the baby on the left seems to love gnawing on the lights while the baby on the right seems to be on the way to having a nervous breakdown. We don’t think perfect photos should come at the expense of your children.

Moms who are into crafts often browse through websites such as Pinterest to get some nice ideas. Sometimes these mothers see something perfect they want to make for their child, but things don’t always come out exactly as they expected. The young girl in the first picture looks really adorable in her green and blue tutu with peacock accents and she appears happy in her costume. The other girl is certainly not happy but we can’t really tell if it is because she thinks her mom created a shoddy tutu or if it is because she has pants on under the tutu.

Even though baby number one seems to be perfectly at peace lying on all his or her Easter egg winnings, baby number two just looks overwhelmed, probably because the little one is frustrated by being placed inside a real Easter basket. On the other hand, the tiny tot on the left appears to have been placed in a tub or a bigger bassinet, which would give the Easter eggs more space to spread a bit more evenly around happy baby number two. The poor little boy on the left looks like eggs were dumped on him! Still, both look like lovely gifts from none other than the Easter bunny!

According to photographers who specialize in baby shoots, a normal aspect of the process is pee and poop and either or both are part of every single shoot. Here, it appears that the proud mama managed to avoid her precious cargo’s spray in her face, but the bottom part of her dress and the ground didn’t escape unharmed. At least all (alright, most) of the parents appear to have a wonderful sense of humor when it comes to being used as human toilets! We bet many of these parents dreamed about potty training when they finished these particular baby photo shoots.

Have you heard of Globophobia, the irrational fear of balloons? It is not a made-up diagnosed condition and if the little one in the crib in the second picture didn’t have this condition before the photo shoot, he or she probably does now. In addition to everything that’s going on, the babies were also trapped inside a crib, so we’re not really surprised that this photo shoot had not gone as planned. In spite of a failed attempt, the parents should still keep the fun photo as a reminder that they aren’t really professional photographers.

The picture on the left is a really popular Pinterest image that has been circulating online and many have tried to recreate. However, the little girl in the photo on the right doesn’t seem to have gotten the memo and she was unable to hide her inner goofball. While technically this picture is a fail when it comes to recreating the well-known pose, we still think it is a win in terms of us wanting to keep it because it makes us really happy. We’re sure this mother and daughter duo feels the same and will treasure their photo forever.

A Truck Too Tiny
Some people may think that this idea is great for a baby photo shoot if your baby is a boy but girl babies can rock this type of shoot just as well. Anyway, what is important is that the parents or an individual can get the baby to curl up and fit in the toy dump truck. The second baby seems to have been set down even if he or she doesn’t really fit in the truck and might actually fall off. We can’t really blame the little one if he or she is going to have a meltdown because who wouldn’t, given the circumstances?
