Campbell is not at all isolated on some tropical island or hidden from civilization. He continues to shower, shave, and clean himself on a day to day basis. Maybe he even does it more than regular people in traditional homes! Clearly, his aircraft home comes with everything he needs and more.

According to the retired engineer, staying in an aircraft can be a smart idea since planes are made using strong metals. Wood and cement materials pale in comparison to the materials the engineers used. He told the Business Insider, “Wood is, in my view, a terrible building material. It biodegrades – it’s termite chow and microbe chow. Or it’s firewood; depends upon which happens first.” He definitely makes a good point!
