In reality, Katharine Ross and Sam Elliott already met back in the late ‘60s. Despite this, the two of them only started a relationship when they got to work together once more on The Legacy. They tied the knot in 1984. They have a daughter by the name of Cleo Rose. Fun fact: he is her fifth spouse!
