Of course, it is hard to be a parent in general, but being a parent while also in the army is even harder. We can’t even begin to imagine how difficult it was for Tomas to be away from his wife and daughter.

At Peace
Tomas’ heart was always with his little girl and he longed to be with her. But, it did give him peace to know that she was being taken care of, at least he had that. His wife also missed him, and the extra help.
