Shell Shock Or PTSD
You probably have heard that most war veterans suffer from PTSD, which stands for Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder. At first, it was called shell shock once doctors noticed that those coming back from war were paralyzed and traumatized.
What Happens?
What’s common in PTSD is to re-live the traumatic events and have flashbacks about them. People who suffer from this disorder, believe that their lives and the lives of others are in danger. This is exactly what Willaim was trying to overcome in his program.
