Other Ways
There are other ways to control CF that do not include respiratory tract. Injected tools can be used to monitor chronic conditions in a less invasive way and provide long-term exposure for drugs to the bloodstream.
Airway Clearance Therapy
A common procedure called Airway Clearance Procedure can be used to treat CF. This is achieved by physical chest physiotherapy or by a special “VEST” system, primarily by pushing the mucus around the airways to allow you to cough.
