Vegetables are another category of food products with so many nutritional benefits. They are filled with nutrients, proteins and have many vitamins and minerals such as calcium. The best option is usually dark, leafy, vegetables because they contain Iron Vitamin A and Vitamin K. The following vegetables such as arugula, Bok Choy, Broccoli, and Brussel sprouts are rich with Vitamin K.
