We know that getting tackled by your dog is not exactly comfortable. Maybe you have even gotten injured this way before. They do not intend to hurt you, though. This is how they show you they are glad to see you! They cannot control their excitement after having waited for you to get back.

Flicking Ears
A dog that flicks their ears is one that listens. In fact, this behavior is common among animals, and it happens if the sound is unfamiliar and they are trying to figure it out. If you see this happening, let your dog try and figure it out for a second. We personally adore how observant and inquisitive they are!
