Exhausted
Christopher was both mentally and physically exhausted. The day completely wiped him out. He rested his face in his hands and felt a tug. Out of nowhere, there was something pulling at his feet.

He then stumbled backward and fell in the process. This was the last straw. He needed to get out of there and ask for help. Perhaps there was a rational explanation to what was happening. He started his car and went to the nearest café he could find.
