Shirt Loops
Loops on shirts started in the Navy. Out at sea, they did not have closet space and just hang their clothes on hooks. In the ‘60s, it was a popular thing to do among college students to keep their shirts fresh when they went to the gym.
Colored Toothpaste Squares
Toothpaste tubes often have a blue, red, green, or black block at the bottom. What are they for? The “eye marks” are used in the assembly line machines. They are helpful because they marked which bits where meant to be folded and cut!
