Check Thermostat
There is nothing worse than going into bed and discovering that the temperature in the hotel room is either hot or too chilly. So much for it. What’s worse is getting out of bed to adjust the thermostat only to discover that it’s broken. That is why, as soon as you enter the hotel room, you should check to verify whether the thermostat is functioning. If it isn’t functioning, go to the front desk. They will handle the issue.

Plan Of Escape
While it is hoped that visitors will never have to use it, it is never a bad idea to be acquainted with the hotel’s evacuation plan in case of an emergency. There is usually a document in each chamber detailing different escape routes from that particular place. Consider it for a moment since travelers never know when knowing the nearest stairwells or fire escapes may come in useful during an emergency.
