Dana Sparks appeared in JAG in the role of Lt. Commander Carolyn Imes. After this, she landed the part of Grace Bennett in Passions and earned a small part in the film Atlas Shrugged II: The Strike. Before she was on JAG, she already had many acting credits to her name. The list includes her work on Melrose Place, L.A. Law, Cover Up, and Falcon Crest. She also worked as the Executive Director for Regenerate Films, later becoming a producer and board member!

After she played A.J.’s romantic interest, Dr. Sidney Walden, on JAG, it did not take long before Cynthia Sikes moved on to The Young and the Restless. In the latter, she portrayed Zara Costelana. She also played Betty Goodale in the TV showAquarius and starred in the flick Going Shopping as well. She has dipped her toes in behind-the-scenes work when she worked as a producer for Blade Runner 2049.
