When Krakowski is not acting on sitcoms, she is spending time with her 7-year-old son, Bennett. Krakowski’s ex-fiance, fashion designer Robert Godley, is Bennett’s father.

You might not notice it the first time, but if you watch the “Modern Family” episode “Good Cop, Bad Dog,” which was originally aired back in 2011, you’ll see that the guest celebrity who played the dog trainer that pitches a horrible idea for a business to Jay is definitely Lin-Manuel Miranda, the creator of “Hamilton.” When Miranda isn’t concocting award-winning rhymes or playing hilarious guest characters, he’s probably enjoying some time together with his lawyer and scientist wife, Vanessa Nadal, whom he married in 2010.
The couple has two sons, but before having their 2nd child, and while at the Tony Awards in 2016, he said in his speech, “My wife’s the reason anything gets done. She nudges me towards promise by degrees. She is a perfect symphony of one. Our son is her most beautiful reprise.”
