What makes this record even more incredible is that she will always remain the youngest person to have achieved this feat since the Olympic committee has since deemed 16 years old to be the youngest eligible age for the competition.

After nailing multiple perfect scores came yet another award ceremony. An official asked young Nadia how she felt about making history. The world held its collective breath as the 14 year old athlete answered, “It’s okay. I’ve gotten 19 golds in other competitions.” Talk about confidence!
