Christina Haberkern was hoping to adopt a lovely companion for Zoe, a handicapped Labrador. However, she did not have to look far and wide because her pet found the one right away! As soon as she saw Marty, she brought her owner over to his pen. The dogs touched their noses and wagged their tails. Without a doubt, it was love at first sight.

The left photo was taken on Suki’s adoption day, and the photo on the right was snapped nine years later. We can easily figure out that she had no clue about what was happening, but she sure has changed! Her mother had only lovely things to say about her: “Suki has been a major support for me, especially for my mood disorders. Suki has been with me since freshman year of high school.”
