After a strict diet plan and intensive workout sessions with her new personal trainer, Karen still was not happy with the results that she was seeing. Even though she lost her so-called paunch from before, there was a new thing that she didn’t like. Despite the fact that the diet was low in calories, it was packed with good carbs and protein. Thus, Karen gained some muscle, yet she didn’t like it. Thus, she let go of her personal trainer.

When she mentioned that she had gained weight again, Richard agreed with her. Thus, Karen promised she would “do something about it.” She went out and bought a hip cycle that she used regularly.
