A Generous And Practical Move
Elin reached out to ‘Habitat for Humanity,’ a charity that would help her with some of the old items in her possession. She thought that this was another way to make use of the things that she did not need, which was a practical and generous move on her part. She allowed the group to move freely around the house and look for things that they could auction off to fund their efforts. Habitat for Humanity got thousands of dollars from all the items they got from Elin’s house, and the money was used to build houses for the needy across the globe.

Another Beach Mansion
Actually, Elin has another beach property located in Juno beach in San Remo. It’s a two-bedroom mansion that she bought in 2011 for $1 million. She then spent some money to refurbish it so she could put it back on the market. She successfully sold the said property for $2.2 million in October 2011. It wasn’t too bad for someone who hasn’t done it before.
