In December 2009, Tiger Woods admitted of his “transgressions” and gave a public apology to “all of those who have supported [him] over the years.” This happened after Us Weekly wrote a report about a so-called mistress of Tiger and released a voicemail that Tiger allegedly left. Little did they know that it was only the tip of the iceberg. Many more women came forward and admitted to having affairs with Woods. The famous golfer gave another statement, admitting to being unfaithful to his wife and announcing his decision to take “an indefinite break from professional golf.”
