In December 2015, the couples got together for dinner. It was a stressful time for Nicole and Kevin, so Lianna and Shawn wanted to cheer them up. Of course, the topic eventually came up, and the conversation got steered towards the topic of children. Nicole was visibly upset about the whole thing.

After finding out that Nicole had childbearing issues, Lianna surprised her with a suggestion. Kevin narrated how the conversation happened. He said, “Lianna goes, ‘You know I have five children, Shawn and I want to have maybe one or two more.’ And [Nicole and I] looked at each other with a puzzled look, like, ‘You have five kids, why would you want any more?’”
