Not For Sale
Sometimes, the only way to get through to people and grab their attention is by telling them what they can’t have. Forbidding anyone in any way will only entice them to do just the thing they aren’t supposed to. Simply put, it’s reverse psychology. The owner of this building was clearly frustrated and decided to turn to a different tactic to sell their building. Instead of a simple ‘for sale’ sign, they took a different approach.

This is a sign that genuinely made us laugh out loud. When someone placed a large sign that read “no signs on yard”, they should have known it would backfire sooner or later. This is most likely not what they expected in terms of retaliation, but it’s so well done, we can’t help but respect whoever was responsible for it. The sass, the simplicity, the vague threat to the words, it’s all so perfectly done.
